This is the 3rd and last pattern of an ebook that a wonderful friend gave me last fall. Two are mostly garter. This one is garter and 2tg/yo type "lace". Simple increases and wonderful mindless knitting.
I used two different skeins of Malabrigo Nube I had spun last year for Tour de Hoars. I did a total of three hanks with one looking very different from the other two. I wanted low contrast and got it. Much better for me than using the cream I had pulled at first.
This scarf is a bit on the shallow side, and, if/when I do it again, I will make it deeper and more shawl-like.
Continuing on my trend of lots of garter stitch, I'm trying my hand a French pattern with lots and lots of garter stitch. I don't seem to be allergic to my second choice yarn, I may survive this one after all. I should know for sure in a few days.
A shawl on a wall. :D

It's wonderful - the two hanks worked perfectly together.

A wall instead of the fence? :D
It's beautiful! And good luck with the French pattern...I guess Google translates...would that help?

When your brain is drowning in allergies, simple knitting is perfect knitting. And look! You have pictures to prove it!

I love, love, love that color. I have two coordinating skeins of Sundara yarn in the stash that I have been planning to use together. I think this could be just the pattern to choose. I figure it's e good amount of yarn and mindless enough to take traveling with me but still somewhat interesting.

Oh that is very pretty! I love the effect you got from alternating the skeins.
Don't even talk about allergies, it's just too awful. The demon of spring.
