And I shall call him Semi because it's sort of a Sockhead hat. I never stopped ribbing, did the decreases differently and used less yarn. Whatever. It's fabulous and I love it.
I love that it's long enough to fold up the extra fabric for those times when being slightly hipster is not the look you want. I also love how the handspun looks. It was slightly wonky handspun but you can't tell.
Also back to working on my teal version of $5 in Paris. I fixed the issues with my version of the pattern and it's going well. Next thing I know, the Ottoman of Shame will be empty...
Well, that's made of awesome.

Love that hat! And the folded-up-edness would be perfect for cold weather up north, where the more layers over the ears the better.
