Lordy, I love you girl. Who doesn't like a threesome? Those are some mighty purdy colors Mz. Joan blended up and I'll be happy to see what you end up doing with them. That sky shot is gorgeous. We are now in the hot humid and dry mode. I thought you were telling us that the old folk were out shopping because of the storms. That's what they do here in the winter when snow is forecast. They go out and buy bread and milk and tp. And, maybe that couple was constipated, ya know?

for a minute there, I was really jealous - until I read the first sentence of the post.

For me, shopping on Wednesdays means it's senior citizen day - that's when Publix gives their discount. It's to be avoided at all costs!

Shopping is to be avoided at all costs. Rain is always good and i'd kill for a really mean thunderstorm right now.

Strawberry, blueberry, kiwi trio?

Those are mighty pretty cupcakes!
The clouds in your pic look like they could let loose with some rain. We've had thunder, rain, wind and then suddenly sunshine today. No hail though...or tornadoes.
The road construction workers are probably not back if it's still raining...
xoxo

You sure know how to suck 'em in!
I have a very lively and wild trio of my own and need to get right on it.
Too bad I'm so slow at the spinning thing.

I let you use Panda Threeway that time, I really am good to you.

xo

I'm always up for a threesome. Of fiber, that is. Talk about crazy weather - we had 3 tornadoes here in Massachusetts. Helloooo? We don't get tornadoes here.

A lot of retirement homes send their people on busses to shop on a certain day of the week. Wednesdays are usually ad change days up here, so the opcoupon queens would also be out, which might explain why there are more people than usual, at least where i live. Hubby works at a grocery store and calls it old lady bus day. Add in the holiday and the beginning of the month, and it is the perfect storm of idiots shopping.

I will *not* put my dirty mind away, and you can't make me.

So there.

You made my day. It's the end of the quarter- you've given me a much needed smile. Thanks!

The weather has been wacky enough up here that the weathermen could just pull words out of a hat for a forecast and have a 100% chance of being right...
(Better odds than when they're using all that equipment and math to try to make predictions. Go figure.)

Pretty fibers. I need to start spinning up my lovely cupcakes.

Great storm cloud photo, Cookie. I love to watch those storms but they can be scary.

Meat sale day at our Piggly Wiggly can be trying but good for the freezer. I'm guessing that was not the case for your grocery venture. Would your grandmother have expected you to be making the bread/cookies/cakes, etc? or just not eating them?

The weather is crazy this year, that's all there is to say about it. The threesome looks like a great idea. And clean windows are totally overrated.

You could go for another threesome and post today. :) I really need to get my spin on. I just love the lovely fibers you keep posting.
I hear you about the rain. I am sick of it. The only good thing is that everything is so green and pretty.

And here, I was going to tell you a story about... well, never mind. :)

Crazy weather all over. We've been running 20-30 degrees above normal here. Oy! And the allergens. I saw my lovely family doc who said (and this is a direct quote) "Take Zyrtec D. The Zyrtec makes you drowsy, but the the D will hop you up so you won't notice. Oh, and only take it in the morning" It's like jaegerbombs. Only prescribed by a doctor. :D

Threeways! Joan is good to you.

It's not raining now........but it looks like it could. And I'm really, really remorseful I did not knit more sweaters.

Lovely threesome and storm too!

I hope you will survive all the crazy weather and I don't know what's wrong with many bread products. I think they are essential food items especially when a nice red wine and some lovely cheese are involved too, as of right now (sans cheese unfortunately,,,)

"best white lady impression", I laughed so hard my sides ache. Had not seen that coming. :^)
Good luck getting through your stormy days and nights.
Joan is very very good to you ;^)
xox

I'm interested to see how that spins up. I'm a little afraid of the trio boxes at the moment.

Oh, pretty, can't wait to see them when they're done.

And I just got home from a 3-night visit with the Rocket Scientist. *big grin*

I'll bet you got some good traffic with that title! Made my Saturday night...tells you just how exciting my life is right now. But at least I am back online at home AND at work. And now I am playing major catch-up and you were my "study break". And it was worth it.
