Yup. It's blue skies again.
The breezes came in from the coast and made all that nasty smoke go away. The temps have dropped and it feels all fall-like and lovely.
I am not falling for it, btw.
I don't think summer is over yet... even if it has been a very odd summer.
Working on a new sock. Short row toe up. It took several tries to get that toe to work for me. It got easier when I stopped crying, so I'm sure the issue is user error. It usually is.
Hopefully, I'll have something new and sock-like to show off tomorrow.
Not much in the way of news. The best friend is out of town, so I'm depressed and feeling unloved. Always happens when she goes away.
My head is full of allergies and rants that I don't want to share out of fear of offending, and I've got enough to offend everyone.
No... really.
Going to go huggle the cat, do some cleaning and work on the new sock. Maybe taunt the ladybug socks. We'll see.
