Yes, in my opinion, you should go up in size for the ribbing too -- keeping the size of the ribbing needles 2 sizes below that of the body. Have fun with it!

When you swatch for the ribbing, do you come close to what is suggested for size? Also, try swatching the ribbing AND the other part together, to get an idea of what it will look like.
You may have to go up on the ribbing, but it could also look great.

I think swatching for the ribbing may be a good idea. But that you'll likley have to go up so that it looks as you want it to be.

You must be knitting super tight right now to have to go up so much. I hope the stress isn't getting to ya.

I'd go up, keeping the same ratio- keeping 2 needle size differences.
