Are you shocked that they're actually socks?
Maybe you should be...
These are the acrylic socks I'm making for someone who has the nerve to be allergic to wool.
Some people!
I hate the yarn. I hate the socks and I will never be using this yarn again. The color is transferring onto my DPNs. The yarn is so stretchy that I can't tell how big the sock really is.
Not that I care at this point. I just want to be done with them, so I can move onto some beautiful lovely and very well behaved sock yarn that I received in the mail yesterday.

He he, for future reference,if you are asked to make acrylic socks (or anything) tell them you are allergic. The fibers do horrible things to your hands. (It's worked for me on more than one occassion.)
The colors ARE pretty, though. And the recipient will love them all the more because YOU made them.

I think my head might pop if I was allergic to wool.
Is she allergic to Alpaca even? o.0
So sad.
I hope it's not making your hands hurt. I hope the last half of that sock goes fast so you can forget it ever happened.
